What do you like best about GreyNoise?

GreyNoise's ability to separate benign from malicious internet traffic stood out to me the most since it will enable my team to greatly reduce false alarms. It just fits right in without much overhead, hence I truly enjoy how effortlessly it interacts with our server and current SIEMs and SOARs. My particular preference is the tagging feature; grouping undesired IP addresses greatly facilitates analysis. Even during high-stress danger assessments, the simple UI facilitates navigation. What do you dislike about GreyNoise?

Although I'm good with the price, I could understand how smaller security teams or startups with tighter budgets would find it overly costly. For testing, the free tier is useful; yet, its limitations can soon cause a bottleneck. GreyNoise is more of a potent booster than a single defense mechanism; it does not offer a whole security solution on its own either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GreyNoise solving and how is that benefiting you?

GreyNoise greatly lowers the noise produced by background internet traffic and automated scanners, which used to exhaust much of our time and effort. And the smoothness and dependability of our vulnerability management processes have come from the API connectivity. What problems is GreyNoise solving and how is that benefiting you?

GreyNoise has helped me address the challenge of constant alert fatigue by filtering out the bulk of irrelevant internet scans and background noise. This means I am not distracted by generic or harmless activity and can focus my attention where it actually matters. The additional context and enrichment GreyNoise provides for IP addresses make my investigations more efficient and accurate, as I spend less time chasing false positives.
